Account Deletion Policy

Effective date: June 12, 2026

This policy explains the rules for deleting your account on the Bolitek ERP ("Bolitek", "we") platform and in our mobile applications (iOS and Android), what happens to your data during this process, and the stages of the deletion procedure.

1. How to Request Account Deletion

You can request the deletion of your account by sending a request to [email protected] from the email address you used during registration.

For security purposes, a deletion request can only be submitted by the account owner or an authorized company administrator. You may be required to verify your identity or authorization when submitting the request.

2. Deletion Process and Timelines

Once the deletion request is confirmed, the process is carried out in the following stages:

  • Request review: your request is reviewed and confirmed within 3 business days;
  • Grace period (30 days): the account is deactivated and a 30-day grace period begins. If you change your mind during this period, you can request the restoration of your account;
  • Permanent deletion: after the grace period ends, your account and the personal data associated with it are irreversibly deleted from the system.

3. What Data Is Deleted

When the account is deleted, the following data is irreversibly removed:

  • Personal profile information (name, phone number, email address);
  • Account login credentials and settings;
  • Business data entered into the ERP system (purchase and sales transactions, inventory, accounting, and employee records);
  • Data collected through the mobile application.

4. What Data May Be Retained

In accordance with legal requirements, certain data may be retained for a limited period even after deletion:

  • Financial and tax documents: for the retention periods established by the tax and accounting legislation of the Republic of Azerbaijan (invoices, payment records);
  • Legal disputes: in the event of an ongoing legal dispute or official investigation, until its conclusion;
  • Anonymized data: statistical data that does not allow identification of an individual may be retained for the purpose of improving the service.

This data is retained solely for the stated purposes and is deleted once the retention period expires.

5. What to Consider Before Deletion

  • Once the account is deleted, your business data cannot be recovered. We recommend exporting any necessary reports and data before deletion;
  • If you have an active subscription, a deletion request does not mean the subscription is cancelled — separate cancellation of the subscription may be required;
  • When a company account is deleted, access for all users linked to that account is revoked;
  • Matters relating to unused payments are governed by the applicable terms of service.

6. Account Restoration

During the 30-day grace period, you can request the restoration of your account by contacting [email protected]. Once the grace period has expired, restoration of the account and its data is not possible.

7. Changes to This Policy

This policy may be updated from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via the website or by email.
